Meet Mark: Head Asset Chef

Back in 2011, I built a piece of software for my own local business. It worked well enough that other businesses wanted it. Then other businesses in the same town. Then different industries. Eventually, different countries.

What started as a tool I built for local clients, eventually became a full white-label licensing system with over 400 resellers across 15 countries. Each delivering my product and system to their own clients, with my team running the backend. They brought the relationships and the market. I built and ran the engine. We shared the revenue.

That wasn't an accident. It was the result of taking expertise, packaging it properly, and building a system that could scale it far beyond what I could deliver alone.

Will these AI tools replace me or my expertise? +
No. The point is not to replace the expert; it is to multiply what the expert can do. Your value is not just the information in your head, it is your judgement, taste, experience, standards, and the way you apply all of that to real people and real problems. We build assets that carry your methodology further, handle the repeatable parts, and create more opportunities for people to work with you, not fewer. The best use of AI is not a business without humans. It is a business where the humans have more time for the work only they can do.
Is this just AI rewriting my stuff into generic content? +
Certainly not. We use AI simply to accelerate execution and scale production, never to generate the core ideas. Every asset is built directly from your frameworks, your proprietary data, and your unique perspective. If you wouldn't say it, it doesn't make it out of our kitchen.
Will it actually sound like me, or will it dilute my brand voice? +
Your brand voice is your most valuable asset; we treat it with absolute reverence. Our extraction process starts by modelling your specific tone, syntax, and phrasing. We don't change your recipes; we just handle the kitchen prep so you can scale the output. You have final editorial approval over everything we create.
How much of my time does this require? +
It depends on what you order from the menu, but our aim is less than an hour a month. You provide the raw ingredients (existing videos, podcasts, frameworks, internal documents, client call transcripts, or even a voice memo explaining a concept you've been sitting on). We take it from there. Your only job is to jump on a call, drop a link or an upload, and review the final dish.
What formats of 'raw ingredients' can I send you? +
If you've spoken it, written it, or mapped it out, we can use it. Send us YouTube links, raw audio files, podcast transcripts, documented frameworks or processes, internal company Notion pages, slide decks, or even a 10-minute unstructured voice memo detailing a concept you've been sitting on.
What exactly counts as an 'Asset'? What am I getting? +
Our definition of an asset is anything that can be independently used to capture leads, build authority, or generate revenue without requiring your manual time. Depending on your tier, this includes custom interactive AI tools and skills trained on your methodology, lead-generation diagnostics and quizzes, standalone email courses, comprehensive lead magnets, or fully packaged premium digital products.
How do these assets actually make me money? +
In three ways. Audience assets, such as diagnostics, calculators, and lead magnets, turn visitors into subscribers and qualify buyers before they reach you. Operating assets, such as AI tools, expert assistants, and workflow systems, deliver your methodology without your time. Commercial assets, such as licensed tools, productised frameworks, and partner-distributed products, create revenue streams independent of your direct involvement. Which combination makes sense depends on what you've got and what you're building toward.
What's the catch with the free Taster? Am I locked into a sales call? +
No catch, no credit cards, and no high-pressure pitch. Your taster is built from your public content, such as a video, podcast, or article you've already published, so you can see what extraction looks like before sharing anything proprietary. We prefer to let our cooking do the talking. You drop a link, we send you a fully functioning asset within 48 hours. If you love it and want a whole menu of them, we can talk. If not, the asset is yours to keep and use with our compliments.
My taster was built from public content. How is the full service different? +
The taster is deliberately limited to what's publicly visible. It shows the shape of what's possible from the outside. The full picture, including your internal frameworks, client call patterns, delivery methodology, and proprietary processes, only becomes accessible once we work together properly. That's where the most valuable assets live, and it's what The Asset Audit is designed to map.
What is The Asset Audit and do I need it? +
The Asset Audit is a paid hidden asset audit: a structured assessment of your expertise, content, frameworks, and audience conversations that produces a prioritised map of the commercial assets worth building. It's not required, but if you're not sure where to start or want to see the full picture before commissioning anything, it's the right first step. It's also how we decide whether Main or Omakase work is the right fit.
How selective is the Omakase partnership? +
Very. Omakase isn't a tier you choose; it's something we arrive at together after we understand your IP, your audience, and the commercial opportunity. The conditions need to be right on both sides. If they are, we'll say so. If they're not yet, there's almost always a Starter or Main engagement that makes sense first.
